Biography

George Newcombe was born in 1785 in Devon, England. He and Jane Bickell were married on 12 October 1814 in England.¹ He died on 29 August 1859 at age ~74 in St. Lawrence Co, NY. He was buried at East Road Cemetery in De Peyster, St. Lawrence, New York.

Seeking descendants of George NEWCOMBE who was born in Devon, England in 1785. Married Jane BICKELL (born 13 Oct 1795) on 12 Oct 1814. Emigrated to US via Ontario Canada in 1831. Settled St. Lawrence County, NY. George died 29 Aug 1859, and Jane died 11 Oct 1882. Both buried East Road Cemetery, Depeyster, NY. Children born in Devon England: 1.
