Biography

Robert Bartlett was born about 1612 in England. He died on 14 March 1676 in Northampton, Hampshire, Massachusetts.1
Robert Bartlett immigrated PROB 1632 to Massachusetts onboard Lyon. There were 2 men named Robert Bartlett who are often confused for each other. Robert Bartlett who sailed from England on the ship "Anne" and settled in Plymouth, Massachusetts (where he died) and married Mary Warren was one of them.  The Bartlett's of Northampton do not descend from Robert Bartlett of Plymouth Colony. He lived in Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut, about 1638. He and Ann Warringer (?) lived in Northampton, Hampshire, Massachusetts, about 1653. He was named an executor for the will of Rowland Stebbins on 1 March 1670.2
