The only reference to Bernard is his mention in his father's will. Bernard Watterston was named an heir in the will of George Wedderburn Watterston on 1 May 1857 in Livingston Parish, Louisiana.1 Bernard Watterston was in school in February 1860 in Washington, District of Columbia.2 He was involved in a law suit. between 1869 and 1872 in Washington, District of Columbia.
