Biography

Mary Childerston was born about 1784 in Maryland. She died on 10 February 1865 in Washington, District of Columbia. She was buried on 12 February 1865 at Congressional Cemetery in Washington, District of Columbia.
She actually fits as being the mother of John W. Childerson, of Alabama. I think it's likely that Sophia and Susanna were sisters and that Mary Childerston was their mother. Perhaps Mary Ratcliff, wife of John Childerston. Mary Childerston appeared in the census on 12 June 1860 in Washington, District of Columbia.1

Biography

Louise Rondeau was born about 1837. Louis Decuers and she were married. Charles Watterston and she were married on 6 August 1867 at Fulton Street Church in New Orleans, Orleans, Louisiana. She died on 31 May 1870 in New Orleans, Orleans, Louisiana.1,2 She was buried on 1 June 1870 at Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans, Orleans, Louisiana.
Her married name was Louisa Decuir. The identity of Louise is confirmed by Dr. Clomer's Journals. She was the widow of Louis Decuers of Clio. She might have been the daughter of Louis Rondeau of Barataria, Jefferson Parish, born ca. 1835. I have also seen an ancestry.com tree that says she was the daughter of Charles A. F. Rondeau but this has no proof. If the records are to be credited, she was expecting when she and Charles were married. Mary Moulder has an extensive ancestry for Louise on Ancestry.com. There appears to have been two Rondeau families in the Orleans/Jefferson area in the mid 1800s. Louis was a French candy maker who divided his time between New Orleans and Grand Isle, where he also fished and may have been Coroner in the 1870s. Charles & William were English born brothers well into banking, shipping and finance in New Orleans. Louis Decuers and Louise Rondeau appeared in the census on 15 June 1860 in Jefferson, Jefferson, Louisiana.3
