Elizabeth Hughes was born about December 1838 in Wales.1 She died in 1909.2 She was buried at DeSoto Cemetery in De Soto, Johnson, Kansas.2

Biography

Sallie Hughes was born ABT 1838 OR SEP 1840 in Wales.1,2 Charles Hurlburt Taylor and she were married on 6 October 1875 in Douglas County, Kansas.3 She died in 1921.4 She was buried at DeSoto Cemetery in De Soto, Johnson, Kansas.4
The only connection to Sallie, and Lizzie, and the other Hughes family members are that Sam Hughes' obituary reported that Sally Taylor of DeSoto, Kansas was his sister. Otherwise, I have yet to find any connection. Sallie Hughes had person sources.5,6 She appeared in the census on 7 August 1850 in Allegheny City, Allegheny, Penn.2 She appeared in the census on 22 June 1860 in Allegheny City, Allegheny, Penn.7 She appeared in the census in June 1870 in Allegheny City, Allegheny, Penn.8 Charles Hurlburt Taylor and she appeared in the census in 1880 in De Soto, Johnson, Kansas. She appeared in the census on 1 June 1900 in De Soto, Johnson, Kansas.1 She appeared in the census on 1 March 1905 in De Soto, Johnson, Kansas.9 She appeared in the census in 1910 in Lexington Township, Johnson, Kansas.10
